Both Almira and George bring a rare synthesis of creative and corporate industry expertise and advanced wellbeing-based practice.

George

An entrepreneur, Ivor Novello Award-winning songwriter and producer, George began his career in the 1990s as part of an R&B group. He has since produced charting singles, performed alongside Boyz II Men, written for Salt-N-Pepa, and received an Ivor Novello Award for his work with Liberty X.

Alongside his music career, George has founded and scaled multiple ventures, most notably the award-winning edtech platform Studytracks and The Sound Shift, exploring the intersection of sound, technology and human experience. He created You Are The Sound®, an EEG-responsive immersive sound experience developed in partnership with Muse neurotechnology, and has worked across Apple Fitness+, global wellbeing residencies and interactive installations.

George’s interest in consciousness and the mind–body connection began in childhood, after being gifted the Bhagavad Gita. Over two decades, he has explored growth mindset, sound and breathwork, bringing a distinctive blend of creative instinct and systems thinking to sonic experience design.

Almira

Almira brings an integrative perspective shaped by over 20 years of experience across global operations, creative ventures and wellbeing, combining operational rigour with an intuitive understanding of the human experience.

Currently balancing motherhood, sound practice and the management of a private family office, she previously led international events and administrative teams as Project and Operations Manager for a global personal care brand. Her work bridges complex project delivery, wellbeing integration and the practical coordination needed to bring ambitious creative ideas to life.

Music has been a constant thread throughout her life, from her father’s jazz background and her grandfather’s classical influences to formative years immersed in underground music culture. During a period of personal exploration and global travel, Almira encountered contemplative practices, opening a deeper path of enquiry into sound, wellbeing and the mind–body connection.
