Retreat Terms & Conditions - last updated November 2023


To reserve your place please follow the booking link and make a full or initial payment; or contact us for direct invoicing or payment plans. In all cases £300 of the value will be taken as a non-refundable deposit to secure your space. A confirmation email will be issued to you upon receipt from Raising Vibrations Ltd.

All payment plans must be arranged on an agreed fixed schedule. Final payment to be received 30 days before departure.

You have read and understand these items are not included in the booking price:

Flights

Taxi transfers outside of group

Any treatments/massages

Additional activities to those listed

Travel insurance

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

All travel arrangements to/from our meeting place are your responsibility. We shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from delays or cancellations in any of the companies you may have made arrangements with, or for any irregularities in your documentation required for travel.

You are responsible for confirming your eligibility for travel via the latest entry requirements.


CANCELLATIONS

Deposits are non-refundable.

If cancellation is made within 5 weeks of departure/after the balance is paid then 50% of the balance paid will be refunded.

Cancellations within 4 weeks will not be refunded.



HEALTH DISCLAIMER

This event is for all abilities however, if you have (or had within last 5 years) any physical, neurological or emotional issues or are under any medical or psychiatric supervision please advise us at the time of booking. If you are in any doubt about your ability to participate in the retreat please contact us beforehand to discuss this.



LIABILITY

Please understand that you are responsible for your own health and well-being during the retreat. Raising Vibrations Ltd. will not be held liable for any injuries or other medical or emotional instances that may occur, are sustained or aggravated during or after your time on retreat.

Raising Vibrations Ltd. will not accept any responsibility for cancellations, delays or changes cause by war, threat of war, terrorist actions, closure of airports, civil strike, industrial action, natural disasters, technical problems to transport, illness (including Covid) of participants or close relatives/pets, acts of God or any other events beyond our control. Neither can we be responsible for any loss or damage of property or disruption of program due to circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure that you have adequate travel insurance to cover you for the retreat.



INSURANCE

The unexpected can sometimes happen and if you need to cancel your visit to us you could lose your deposit or even the full cost of the retreat.

We therefore advise all our guests to arrange Personal Accident and Travel/Cancellation Insurance when booking onto one of our retreats.



BREAKAGES AND DAMAGE

Any breakages or damage to any buildings, fixtures, fittings or equipment belonging to the retreat location will be charged to the client with immediate effect.



RETREAT CHANGES

Raising Vibrations Ltd. reserves the right to change the timetable on any retreat at any given time.

We reserve the right to offer discretionary discounts which do not affect the status of any guests who have paid the full price.
