0 – 10 min

PHASE 01

The Hook

We open not with wellness, but with recognition. A few precise questions that surface what's actually in the room — the 3am wake-ups, the decision fatigue, the Sunday dread. Before we've done anything, the room feels seen. This is what converts the sceptic.


10 – 20 min

PHASE 02

Settling into the body

A guided arrival — breath, body scan, nothing woo. Framed as what elite performers do before high-stakes moments. The analytical minds in the room relax their resistance. We're not meditating. We're preparing.


20 – 40 min

PHASE 03

Nervous system literacy

How to read your body's personal early warning system — the signals that appear long before burnout hits. We cover the science (HRV, cortisol, the window of tolerance) without losing the room. Smart people need to understand the mechanism before they'll trust the method.


40 – 55 min

PHASE 04

Three practices

Taught and practised together. Three tools that work in 60 seconds or less — before a board meeting, in a taxi, in the bathroom before a difficult conversation. Each person discovers which one belongs to them. These go home with the team.


55 – 80 min

PHASE 05

The sound bath

Now they're ready. The body has been taught how to listen. A live, immersive sound experience using gongs, crystal bowls, and precisely layered frequencies to create a genuine physiological shift. Not background music. Not a vibe. Something that works at the level of the nervous system itself.


80 – 90 min

PHASE 06

Integration

One minute of quiet. Then three private questions: what did you notice, what surprised you, what are you taking into your week. Optional sharing. A clean, intentional close — completion, not a Q&A

THE THREE PRACTICES

Tools they'll actually use.

Each practice takes under 60 seconds. Each one works anywhere, with no equipment, invisibly. After the session, participants discover which one is theirs.

Candle Breath

A deep inhale, followed by a slow, controlled exhale through the mouth — as if making the flame of an imaginary candle gently dance. The extended exhale directly activates the parasympathetic nervous system. Simple. Visual. Works immediately.

Extended exhale stimulates the vagus nerve, shifting the body from sympathetic to parasympathetic dominance within seconds.

Physiological Sigh

Inhale fully to the belly. Without exhaling, take a short second inhale to fill the chest completely. Then one full, open-mouth exhale. That's it. The one that will stop the room — because it works so fast it's almost startling.


Identified by Stanford neuroscientists as the fastest known method to reduce acute physiological stress in real time.

Active Listening

Notice the nearest sound you can perceive. Then move your attention outward to the next, and the next, until you reach the furthest sound you can hear. Then bring your attention all the way back in. After each round — notice how you feel.

Deliberately redirects the threat-detection system outward, making rumination neurologically impossible during practice. Completely invisible in any setting.
